Employers know that healthy employees are their biggest asset. Increasingly, employers are offering worksite wellness programs as a way to improve employee health and productivity and reduce long-term health care costs. Health Action’s iWORKwell campaign aims to help Sonoma County employers adopt a culture of wellness. iWORKwell is a partnership of business, non-profit and government agencies that support local employers to develop and implement worksite wellness programs.
